Safety & waiver
Public-tool boundary
The public tool identifies systems, records visible evidence, estimates candidate wire size/cycle use, and routes parts or qualified review. A green photo frame means usable evidence only. It does not approve a repair or unlock high-tension procedure.
Stop conditions
- Keep people, pets, vehicles, ladders, and tools out of the opening.
- Do not operate or force a door that is unstable, off track, hanging, has a broken spring, or has a loose cable.
- Do not touch, loosen, cut, grind, heat, or adjust loaded spring/counterbalance hardware through the public flow.
- Stop when the system differs from the selected guide, markings are unclear, tools do not fit exactly, or manufacturer instructions are unavailable.
Paid consent
Before payment, an adult customer must review the complete project-specific warning, confirm required checkpoints, type a legal name, confirm age 18+, accept the displayed document version, and authorize the support record. Verified-pro lanes may require separate identity/qualification review.
No universal procedure
Standard torsion, low-headroom/outside-lift, high-lift, follow-roof, EZ-SET, TorqueMaster, extension, older proprietary, commercial, and damaged systems can require materially different parts and procedure. The app must not convert a standard guide into a guess.
Emergency
For immediate danger, keep clear, prevent access to the area if safe, and contact local emergency services or a qualified garage-door professional.
Acknowledgment
The production paid flow will record the exact version and confirmations accepted. This public page is advance notice, not a completed signature and not legal advice. SP LLC should have final paid terms reviewed by qualified counsel before charging customers.
