Help should work for everyone.

We aim for clear headings, keyboard access, visible focus, readable contrast, descriptive labels, captions or transcripts where practical, and layouts that work with text zoom and small screens.

Safety and accessibility

Never move closer to a loaded spring, cable, drum, bottom fixture, unstable door, or electrical hazard just to capture evidence. Contact a qualified local professional if the requested view cannot be taken safely.

Feedback

We review accessibility reports as product issues. Include the device, browser, assistive technology if relevant, and what prevented completion. We will reply as soon as practical.
