This notice explains how SP LLC and I Can Handyman handle information for the website, free local project tool, contact requests, and future paid help.

Information stored on your device

The free tool stores project fields in localStorage and project photos in IndexedDB on your device. They are not automatically uploaded. Clearing site data removes them. Export sends a copy only where you choose.

Information sent to us

• Contact form: name, email, project ID, topic, and message.
• Feedback: step/version, thumbs up or down, optional note, category, and time.
• Paid access when enabled: email, project ID, consent version/time, Stripe references, and access status.
• Security logs: request metadata needed to prevent abuse and investigate failures.

Payments and identity

Stripe processes payment information. We do not receive full card numbers. If verified-pro identity review is enabled, a specialist provider should retain document images; we retain the verification reference/status and role decision rather than a raw government-ID copy.

AI and training

Raw customer ID images and private project photos are not training data by default. Feedback or project material is used for model improvement only when the applicable consent and access controls permit it.

Cookies and storage

Essential first-party storage supports projects, install state, access, abuse prevention, and your cookie choice. Optional analytics remain off unless accepted.

Retention and control

Local data remains until you clear it. Server records are retained only as needed for support, payment, safety, security, legal, and access administration. You may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to records we must retain.

Age

Paid guided project help is intended for adults age 18 or older. The public information is not directed to children.
